Ed Hindle

Managing Consultant, PA Consulting

Ed Hindle is a specialist in NHS Corporate Services. He has previously worked in roles at Trust, Regional and National level leading workforce teams, designing and implementing and leading large complex programmes of work. His recent work has focussed on helping the NHS to maximise collaboration and technology to release time for care, ensure that roles are adding value to organisations and individuals are not overburdened with complex systems and ineffective data.

Ed believes that corporate functions in the NHS present huge opportunities for collaboration, that best practice can be shared wider and in turn this will enable people in the NHS to become the leaders they desire. In reducing administrative time and presenting timely, informative and relevant data this will allow people to be better decision makers and spend more time with their colleagues and patients.

A key element of his work is ensuring that all stakeholders are heard so services are designed with the users in mind- this has been proven to reduce waste, improve effectiveness and empower leaders.
