Designed for the challenges of 21st century life, Intelligent Behaviour Analytics® (IBA®) is a streamlined and innovative approach that can change how you view yourself and everyone else around you.
IBA® is a sophisticated and holistic framework which enables individuals to explore their Concept of Self in a meaningful way which is unique to them. It is based on the idea that developing an enhanced level of self-understanding provides significant value for individuals both at and away from work, individually or within a team.
Working in close partnership with Birmingham City University, IBA® provides courses at MSc level (20 credits) and hosts conferences centred around topical themes for the 21st century where students who have experienced the IBA® framework speak of the benefits they have received through this training.
In addition, IBA® runs a number of bespoke pilot programmes in the UK and overseas providing current and future leaders with the understanding, capability, attitude and behaviour to be their most effective selves by applying the IBA® approach. All IBA® programmes and courses are built using the itse® software.

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT IBA
Don't just take our word for it
It is the most valuable package of knowledge I have ever received in my education.
[This programme has] allowed me to be forever changed as a performer on stage, which has been noted by both tutors and peers through their overwhelming positive feedback.
The benefits from this course were more than I had ever hoped for. I now feel that I understand the roots of my performance anxiety and the reasons why I experience it as I do in the context of my IBA® report.
Two aspects I have loved throughout the pilot programme are the IBA® report and the coping/supporting methods for anxiety and negative thoughts. The IBA® report has given me a new understanding towards myself, which ultimately gave me a new window through which to work on my mental health and healing.
[This programme] has helped me to understand myself as a musician in a more holistic way, in terms of the Four Rooms, and in the connection between myself as a person, a practising musician, and a performing musician in a way that I haven’t experienced before.
