IBA® Teacher Practitioner Programme

The IBA® Teacher Practitioner Programme is a four day residential programme and is designed for anyone who wants to embark on a career teaching the IBA® framework to adult learners.

Designed to suit either corporate or self-employed Business Consultants, HR Specialists and Business/Life Coaches, the role of an IBA® Teacher Practitioner brings flexibility and adds cutting edge theory and application to your tool kit.

Exceptional candidates who have a background in health education and a solid understanding of University practice can be afforded the title of Associate Lecturer at Birmingham City University. In this case, they will be teaching International Graduates and IBA® Alumni Students.

The route to apply for this programme is by one of the following:

  1. Achieving a Distinction for completing an MSc Module Understanding and Managing Behaviours of Self, Teams and Organisations  plus attendance at one day IBA® Conversion Programme.
  2. Achieving a Distinction for completing an IBA®Practitioners Programme.

The IBA® Teacher Practitioner Programme does have an Assessment which delegates have to pass to be awarded Teacher Practitioner status and received Accreditation to teach.
